Delete your anphe account

anphe allows users to create an account to post, upload content, follow other users, and use social features.

anphe is provided by DU GIAN PRIVATE ENTERPRISE.

You can request deletion of your anphe account and associated data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

Open anphe.
Go to Settings.
Open Account.
Select Delete account.
Follow the confirmation steps.

Delete your account from the web

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:

Please include the email address or username linked to your anphe account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What will be deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or permanently anonymize data associated with your account, including:

Your profile information
Your posts, replies, uploaded photos, and uploaded videos
Your follow relationships
Notifications linked to your account
Authentication data linked to your account

Data we may retain

We may retain limited information when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms and Community Guidelines.

Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being deleted according to our normal backup deletion cycle.

Processing time

We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days. Some backup or security records may take longer to be fully removed, where legally permitted.
